Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of zencryptix.com. They cover the public website only. If you engage Zencryptix for security work, that engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, statement of work and Rules of Engagement, not by this page. We have kept the wording plain because we would rather you read it than skip it.
Acceptance
By accessing or using zencryptix.com (the "website") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
About Zencryptix
Zencryptix is a cybersecurity consultancy headquartered in Pakistan and serving clients worldwide. We provide offensive security testing, defensive security, governance, risk and compliance advisory, and training. The website describes those services and gives you ways to get in touch.
Nothing on the website forms part of a client engagement. Every engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, statement of work and formal Rules of Engagement. Where those documents and this page differ, the signed documents apply.
Use of the website
You are welcome to browse the website, read its content and use the contact form, email or WhatsApp link to make genuine enquiries about our services. In return, you agree not to do any of the following:
- Use the contact form to send spam, marketing material, or bulk or automated submissions.
- Scrape, crawl or harvest content, email addresses or other data from the website, other than through ordinary search-engine indexing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting, its contact form handler or any connected system.
- Run vulnerability scans, penetration tests, fuzzing, denial-of-service attempts or any other security testing against the website. Unauthorised testing of this website is not permitted and may be an offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and similar laws elsewhere.
- Upload malware or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the website.
- Impersonate Zencryptix, members of our team or any other person.
Reporting a security issue
We do not authorise active security testing of this website. Scanning, fuzzing, exploitation attempts and similar techniques are not permitted, whatever the intent.
If you nonetheless notice a security issue in the course of normal use, without intrusive testing, we would like to hear about it. Email security@zencryptix.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before you share it publicly.
We will acknowledge your report and will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith, follows this process, stops as soon as the issue is demonstrated, and does not access, change or retain data beyond what is needed to show it.
Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, layout, code and other material on the website belong to Zencryptix and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate our services. You may not copy, republish, sell or modify any part of the website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The Zencryptix name and logo are our trade marks. Certification badges such as OSCP, CEH, CISA and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor belong to the bodies that issue them and are shown to indicate qualifications held by our team. Membership logos belong to the associations concerned. The names and logos of companies in our acknowledgments section belong to their respective owners. They appear because those companies have publicly acknowledged vulnerability disclosures made by our researchers. Their presence does not mean they endorse Zencryptix or are clients of Zencryptix.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form, sending an email or messaging us on WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a contract. It does not commit you to buy anything, and it does not commit Zencryptix to provide any service. We aim to respond within 24 hours and, once scope is agreed, to send a detailed quote within 48 hours.
A quote is valid only for the period stated in the written quote itself. Work starts only after an NDA is in place and both parties have signed an agreement and Rules of Engagement. Pricing, timelines and deliverables are set out in those documents, not on this website.
No professional advice
Content on the website, including service descriptions, methodology summaries and references to standards such as OWASP, PTES, NIST SP 800-115, ISO 27001 and SOC 2, is general information. It is not security, legal or compliance advice for your specific situation and should not be relied on as such. Regulatory expectations, whether from the State Bank of Pakistan, PTA, SECP or regulators elsewhere, depend on your sector and circumstances. Speak to a qualified adviser, or engage us formally, before acting on anything you read here.
Third-party links and services
The website links to and loads services operated by others, including WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google. When you follow a link or use one of those services, their terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.
WhatsApp messages travel through Meta's infrastructure. If your enquiry involves sensitive details about your environment, email us instead or ask for an encrypted channel.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate, current and online, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the website.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zencryptix, its founders and its team are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or anything on it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Liability in connection with client engagements is addressed separately in the relevant signed agreement.
Privacy
How we handle personal data collected through the website, including contact form submissions, is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please read it alongside these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. We do not notify visitors individually, so check back if this matters to you.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. If you access the website from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
General
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Zencryptix about your use of the website; they do not affect any signed agreement for client work.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to Business@zencryptix.com. Security issues with the website should go to security@zencryptix.com. You can also reach us on +92 371 0327792, including on WhatsApp.
